Shipping
All orders are processed the same business day and will be shipped 1 day after ordering. Weekend orders will be processed on Monday. Our standard ground shipping takes from 3 to 5 business days within the continental United States. Packages are shipped with USPS service. If you have not received your order within 7 business days from your purchase date, please contact our online customer care at [email protected] to request a reshipment of your order. If you entered the wrong address on our order form and we are forced to reship your package, there will be an additional shipping and handling charge equal to your original order. All orders will be shipped secured and you will get a tracking code so you can follow your shipment.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. If a package is lost, undeliverable, or returned due to address errors, the buyer is responsible for the full order amount, including the product price and shipping fees, unless the package is returned to us unopened and in resellable condition.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Please write us email at [email protected]
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email at [email protected].
Returns and refunds
We at Prixoma would love for you to be pleased with your purchase. Should you have any questions, comments, or concerns, be sure to inform us by sending us an e-mail at [email protected]. We will be sure to get back to you as soon as possible, as your feedback is vital to us.
Any supplements you wish to return must be returned within 30 days after receiving, in the original packaging and unopened, in a condition fit for resale. If the product to be returned does not meet these conditions or you do not meet the deadlines of our returns policy, we will be unable to offer a refund. Customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or VAT incurred.

Our Customer Success specialist will contact you with instructions on how to return the supplements as soon as possible. Please follow these instructions carefully. Otherwise, you may experience delays with the refund, or it may not be authorized.
Once the product has been received and checked by our staff, a refund will be authorized via the same method that the payment was made. You will receive a refund minus the original shipping charges.
