All orders are processed the same business day and will be shipped 1 day after ordering. Weekend orders will be processed on Monday. Please allow up to 3-10 business days for delivery in the EU. All international orders will take 5-15 day to arrive.  All orders will be shipped secured and you will get a tracking code so you can follow your shipment.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email at info@prixoma.com

European union 3 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns and refunds

Any supplements you wish to return must be returned within 14 days after receiving, in the original packaging and unopened, in a condition fit for resale. If the product to be returned does not meet these conditions or you do not meet the deadlines of our returns policy, we will be unable to offer a refund.

Our Customer Success specialist will contact you with instructions on how to return the supplements as soon as possible. Please follow these instructions carefully. Otherwise, you may experience delays with the refund, or it may not be authorized.

Once the product has been received and checked by our staff, a refund will be authorized via the same method that the payment was made. You will receive a refund minus the shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@prixoma.com

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on capsules, supplements, or any other ingestible products shipped to countries outside the European Union, even if unopened.
